如何測量我的戒指尺寸?

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

 

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

  2. The Goods are in the original sealed packaging

  3. Including all documentation

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  1.  The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  2.  The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned.

  3.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4.  Returns with missing paperwork such as certification, product and/or broken seal will not be processed.

  5.  Re-certification fees (if required) will be deducted off the purchase price.

  

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

How To Prepare A Return

  1. Initiate your return. Email to sales@glojewellers.com stating your order in the subject heading.

  2. We will contact you directly within 3 working days to confirm the return.

  3. Our courier will be sent to pick up the merchandise.

  4. Package the item securely in the original packing materials and place them in a large envelope. If the merchandise was delivered with a certification report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the cost to replace the report. The cost to replace the certification report is S$200 and the fee will be directly deducted off the refund amount.

  5. For security reasons, please do not write glo or any indicative words that will lead to identifying the merchandise. Clearly indicate your order number on the outside the package.

After Your Return Is Received

Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered into Our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into Our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting You that your return has been received and to be verified for authenticity. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for this process to complete.

If You are expecting a refund, credit will be submitted to your bank within three business days. It may take your bank up to 5 business days to post the funds to your account. Bank wire refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days after the return has been processed. Please note that normal return processing times may double after a major holiday.
